I want to set up a dedicated server
I try it with the official dedicated server, but my friend can not join my server (They plant at the time of loading map)
I try to put the Internet option 1, but the server crash (I opened the port 17567 UDP / TCP)

Also, is it possible to place the server in Ranked Server?

No, its not. In last year official ranked servers and official stats shut down and now 2142 not supporting by Dice or another oficial structures. Only private community servers.
