hello, I have the original battlefield 2142, but I will be automatically kicked out of the game in a short time to your server.
I enter the game through the battlefield2142hub program that I downloaded from the origin with battlefield2142.co. game latest version.
No problem with cd key, no problem with other servers, no name in ban list.
but i'm still getting kicked out of the server, i would be very grateful if you could help me

Novgames servers have a check of the game files. If you have not installed the game through the installer from Novgames, then you will not be able to play there. To solve the problem, install the game through our installer. You can find it here: https://novgames.ru/download
